    BIOGRAPHIE

    I started to work in a school in Islington from 2004 to 2008, before opening my private practice in 2008.

    I work with art media (drawings, painting, sandtray, clay, and various games) in order to help children and adolescents from various ages to better understand and manage their feelings, therefore understanding themselves and live in harmony with themselves and others.

    I also run parenting sessions, thus helping those parents to better understand their children behaviours allowing them to develop a balanced and respectful relationship rather than a conflicting one.Examples of discussed themes: sibling rivalry, authority and discipline, how to react to strong emotions, how to define and hold boundaries, understanding oppositional behaviours, anger and stress management,...

    I recently qualified in mindfulness for children and adults.
