Mr Fox qualified from the University of Oxford in 1999. He underwent specialist training in Plastic, reconstructive, and hand surgery in London with additional further training in adult and paediatric hand surgery through Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital and the prestigious Hand Unit at the Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney.
Mr Fox is the lead clinician for elective and trauma hand surgery at St Thomas' Hospital and has developed the new Hand and Plastic Emergency, providing efficient integrated care. He is a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH) and has thought and published extensively on topics related to hand surgery and plastic surgery.
He works closely with specialist hand therapists and musculoskeletal radiologists to provide a tailored management plan specific to each patient and each condition. Mr Fox treats the full remit of hand conditions including injuries to tendons, nerves, vessels, bones, joints as well as the skin and soft tissues.
He also treats all elective conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's, ganglia, arthritic conditions, trigger finger.
