Ms Archana Dixit is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at the West Middlesex University Hospital and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the Imperial College, London. Having originally trained in India at the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, she seamlessly continued her specialist training in London primarily at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. She was awarded the Gold Medal for her excellence in the Membership examinations at the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (MRCOG).
Ms Dixit strives to provide the highest standard of obstetric and gynaecological care to women while keeping in mind the uniqueness and individuality of each woman. She firmly believes in holistic care of women and their health and aims to provide the same for her patients. She provides obstetric care in both low and high-risk pregnancies as well as pre-conception counselling and advice. Her broad based experience both in the UK and abroad has enriched her with an insight into the differing socio-cultural needs of women from different backgrounds.
Her gynaecological practice encompasses general well women checks including cervical smears, management of menstrual disorders, fibroids and polycystic ovarian syndrome, contraception and menopausal symptoms.
