Dr Ian Goodall is the Clinical Lead for Pain Medicine, specialising in the treatment of chronic pain, and Clinical Lead for the back pain triage/assessment service at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Dr Goodall is part of a multi-disciplinary pain service that covers a wide range of therapies from cognitive to neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulators). He specialises in regional analgesia enhancing as part of his anaesthetic practice, but has a wealth of experience in all anaesthetic areas working as a part of the surgical unit. Teaching is a continuous part of his role, especially as educational supervisor for pain medicine. Dr Goodall and his department train anaesthetic trainees at all levels up to and including advanced level training in Pain Medicine.
