BIOGRAPHY
Dr Korlipara is a Consultant Neurologist in the Queen Square Movement Disorders group based at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London. After graduation he trained in general medicine in the Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust and Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust. He was then awarded a Medical Research Council Clinical training fellowship during which he undertook research studying the molecular mechanisms of neurodegeneration in Parkinson's disease, which lead to the award of his Doctorate in the University of London. He has published and lectured nationally and internationally in Parkinson's disease. He completed his clinical training in Neurology at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, St Mary's Hospital, London and St Georges Hospital, London. He currently runs a tertiary Movement Disorders service at the National Hospital to which patients with complex or severe movement disorders are referred from across the country. In addition he also runs a busy general outpatient and inpatient Neurology practice both at the National Hospital and in West Hertfordshire NHS Trust, where he manages the whole range of both acute and chronic neurological disorders.

During his spare time, much of his time is spent with his family and his two young children. However he has a particular interest in road cycling, fine foods and playing the piano.
