BIOGRAPHY
As a senior Family Psychotherapist and supervisor in Systemic Theory, I am also trained to do EMDR Therapy which is an effective treatment for phobias, anxieties and traumas.

I have over 20 years' experience of working with families, couples and individuals, and have worked for the NHS for the past 11 years.

Couple relationships can sometimes become complicated and we often need help from a professional to learn how to better communicate with each other. The stress of everyday life can become too difficult to handle and it impacts on our families.

I also have a lot of experience in parenting and helping parents through the various stages of their children growing up, and adolescence.

Therapy can also help us to better understand our past, and how it impacts on our lives today.

I aim to offer my clients a safe place to talk about, and explore their emotions.

I have been a lecturer at the Institute of Family Therapy (University of Bedfordshire) and am supervising Masters degrees in Family Therapy at the Tavistock together with the University of East London. I also speak regularly at various conferences and teach professionals in England and abroad.

Please contact me for a confidential discussion about how my services can help you. I offer psychotherapy in French as well as English.
