BIOGRAPHY
Francine Joyce has a scientific knowledge of nutrition, an extensive experience in eating disorders (boulimia, anorexia, emotional eating, etc.) and a practical "savoir-faire" which enables the translation of specific nutritional requirements into daily menus for all ages, lifestyles and mind-sets.

Francine has taken part in research studies in the food industry, in particular for the Danone Group, and has a good knowledge of British products for nutritional assessments (quantitative and qualitative analysis of food intake, BMI, Fat Mass and calculation of energy needs). She sets up a bespoke short or long term coaching for each of her patients with a made to measure “nutritional programme”. Francine provides documents to support her plan (lists of recommended foods and those to avoid, for example) and daily monitoring by e-mail when necessary to follow up the patients between sessions.

Francine can also perform lymphatic drainages to stimulate blood circulation and fight water retention, as well as treatment of cellulite by shock wave therapy and stimulation of collagen production (www.sos-silhouette.com).

Francine has a great aptitude to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and has a very good and non-judgemental understanding of psychology enabling the set-up of a clear and constructive dialogue with all patients. She is bilingual French/English.
